Work-Life Balance

Is work is having a negative effect on your personal life or maybe your personal life is impacting negatively on your work? Do you often feel you don’t get enough time for yourself? Perhaps feeling stressed about how much you must get done in the run of a day? People who successfully implement work life balance are more fulfilled, have better health, increased work performance and strengthened work and personal relationships, with less conflict. This participatory half-day course will help you gain personal insight into where your challenges lie, and identify research-based strategies to move towards a feeling of balance that will increase productivity and fulfilment at work and home.

 

This course is designed for men and women who want to reduce the overwhelm of competing demands of home and work and develop strategies to increase productivity and balance.

$195 plus hst. Enrollment limited.

If this workshop becomes full, we will be holding the same workshop in afternoon as well. Registration for the afternoon will not be possible unless the morning session is full.
