Living Your Potential: In Work and In Life

LIVING YOUR POTENTIAL is a powerful learning experience during which you will gain insights that help you make the mind-set changes necessary to move towards your personal and professional potential, and achieve greater meaning and happiness. This program is designed to challenge and support you to move past self-limiting thoughts and patterns of behaviour that inhibit your potential in work, relationships, and life.



Intentional Focus: Leadership Skills for the Workplace

This 6-month intensive group program accelerates learning and adoption of essential skills and behaviours which increase focus, productivity, ability to handle stress, engagement, collaboration, resiliency, and adaptability.



Re-defining Happy Hour

These mini-workshops bring women together for real conversation about topics relevant to women’s happiness – topics like questioning your ‘must-dos’, taking more chances, and figuring out how to connect with people who give you energy (hint: some of them will be in the room) – over a glass of your favorite beverage. You’ll leave every Redefining Happy Hour workshop feeling connected, energized, and with insight and a little resolve about how to turn ‘happy hour’ into ‘happy life’.
